Return Procedure:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we strive to provide you with expert guidance to help you choose the best possible products for your vehicle needs. We also understand that sometimes you need to send a product back.
We've developed our return policy to make returns as easy as possible for you.
We accept returned product in its original packaging up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Damaged items and/or short shipped orders must be reported to ProParts USA with in three business days of receipt.
Returned Items
- All items must be returned in their original factory packaging and in "un-used" condition. Items returned in other than "un-used" condition will not be granted a refund. Returned items are subject to inspection prior to issuing credit.
- All returned items must be unassembled and repackaged in the manner they were originally received. Items not returned in this condition may be subject to a restocking fee. Any items returned are subject to Manufacturers Restocking fee if applicable.
- All wheel returns needing to be drilled for a vehicles bolt pattern will be subject to the Manufacturers return policy.
- Refunds for any returned items that were eligible for free shipping will be deducted by the amount of the free shipping from the original order.

Special Order Items
All special order items must be paid in full at the time of the order. The order will be processed in a timely manner but ProParts USA will not be responsible for any delays from the Manufacturer. There are no refunds or exchanges on special order items.
Shipping Info:
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of the time of purchase but can be delayed due to product availability.

FedEx, UPS, USPS and OnTrac
Expedited Shipping:

Oversized and LTL Freight Shipping:
Items that need to be shipped LTL Freight or any items that are oversized will not be included in the free shipping promo, the customer will be contacted with additional shipping cost.
Product Availability:
Most orders are ready to ship at the time of ordering, however due to the wide range of products we carry some products are not able to offer live inventory. Should the item you are ordering be out of stock or on back order, you will be notified via email. Also note; due to on going supply issues in the US some items may be on back order out of our control, should this happen we are more than happy to cancel your order or find you an alternative.
