Return Procedure
1. Please call our friendly staff for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 15 days of original ship date at (818)-888-8904.
2. Provide the following information inside the package along with the RA#: Name, Address, Daytime Number and E-mail Address.
3. For your protection please insure the package and use a shipping method that offers a tracking number.
4. The Return shipping address will be:

5. A 25% restocking fee will apply on all returns as long as they are unused and in the original packaging. All other returns will be returned to the sender.

Special Order Items
All special order items must be paid in full at the time of the order. The order will be processed in a timely manner but ProPartsUSA will not be responsible for any delays from the Manufacturer. There are no refunds or exchanges on special order items.

Shipping
Shipping Method:
UPS (United Parcel Service) Only
UPS will not ship to APO or PO Boxes.
Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of the time of purchase.

Shipping Charges:
All merchandises will be shipped UPS Ground. UPS Ground shipments arrive within 1 – 5 business days within the 48 Continental States in the U.S. UPS does offer Next Day, Second Day, Three Day Air Services upon special request. Shipping charges are based on weight, distance, delivery time and size of package. We do not guarantee any shipping times and no refunds will be offered on shipping charges.
